Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary degree in Business or Supply Management.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education, minimum undergraduate degree related to business administration or a health care related discipline. Demonstrated equivalency and experience may be considered. Experience working with a health care organization of significant size, complexity and diversity with a demonstrated working knowledge of corporate culture. Proven record of independent problem-solving and decision making abilities. Proven record of strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to articulate stakeholder needs both internal to AHS and the supplier community to achieve best outcome of service delivery. Continuous learning is critical to keep pace with the environmental and operational changes. Dispute resolution and mediation experience. Experience in facilitation/coordination of project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Must be detailed oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be self-lead and self-motivated. Must be able to work independently and with a group.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project management, process design and stakeholder engagement experience within a contracting framework is preferred. Healthcare experience, preferably in community and continuing care is an asset.
