Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience in fast paced, multiple concurrent demands environment required. Experience working with technology. Must have two to three years related customer service experience within the last five years. Must be proficient using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have strong cognitive, analytical and problem solving skills. Must have strong customer service commitment. Must have demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must have experience with creating standard documentation. Must have ability to set and meet personal deadlines and adapt to changes in priority. Must have ability to work in a team environment; experience in coordinating teams. Must be self-motivated, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Related one year certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution. Experience working in a healthcare environment.
