Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, information technology and business-related discipline preferred. A minimum of 3- 5 yr experience related to print services in an organization of significant size, complexity and scope. Must have a minimum of 3 -5 years of previous experience with vendor relationships, Contract, Print and Project management. Must have at least 3 -5 years of experience with vendor relationship management. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Strong IT technical and interpersonal knowledge is also required. Strong IT technical and interpersonal knowledge is also required. Must be able to travel throughout the province and maybe overnight. Minimum of 2 years' experience with the application, integration and adoption of technology in a healthcare. Exceptional communication and documentation skills. A clear pattern of professional and personal development and growth. Solid problem-solving track record in finding creative solutions to complex issues. Experience includes implementation, operation, repair, and maintenance of Printer equipment, applications, and peripherals. Proven ability to effectively handle and manage multiple and complex initiatives simultaneously in a quickly changing environment.
Additional Required Qualifications:
ITIL v3 foundations or newer certification required. A strong background in the integration and adoption of technology in a healthcare organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity are required. Experience leading/managing multiple concurrent projects/initiatives. Experience with vendor relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications:
A strong background in integration and adoption of technology in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity is preferred. Previous experience managing a print environment is a definite asset. Bachelor's degree in a healthcare management or business-related discipline preferred. Knowledge of clinical information systems, Connect care and ADT systems. Professional designation – PMP and Prosci.
