Formal Education and Experience: Undergraduate degree in a related field. Database development and maintenance. Basic financial/accounting understanding. Understanding of legal contracts. 2-5 years progressive experience in a data analysis, information management, or evaluation role, preferably in a health care environment.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced). Microsoft Powerpoint, Access, Outlook. Data analysis and interpretation for different audiences. Literature/data review skills. Knowledge translation. Infographic development tools (Canva, Piktochart, etc). Understanding of and ability to ensure data standardization and integrity. Ability to understand and interpret large amounts of data.

Interpersonal Skills: Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously with little direction. Ability to innovate and think creatively. Use sensitivity in interactions between different levels of stakeholders, internal and external. Ability to coordinate with other groups and teams of individuals. Ability to work in a fluid environment and adapt quickly to change. Responsive and sensitive to tight deadlines and competing priorities.
