Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is required. Additional clinical courses or certification in specialized clinical practice area. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in rural nursing with 5 years recent experience in Long Term Care. Strong working knowledge of CCHSS. Competent in RAI-2.0. Fluent in Microsoft office. CARNA registration. Knowledge of QI processes and change management strategies.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of rural Seniors Health clinical operations including Home Care, Long Term Care and/or Supportive Living. Exceptional writings skills with the ability to create clinical guidelines utilizing evidence based research. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external partners. Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and respond to complex clinical questions ensuring best practice and quality outcomes for clients. Committed role model for the AHS values of respect, accountability, transparency, engagement, safety, learning and performance. Ability to work independently, multitask and set priorities.
