Required Qualifications:

Completion of 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Technical/professional experience required. (i.e.1-3 years). Minimum of 2 years broad experience in operation and maintenance of; boilers, refrigeration, electrical switch gear, cooling tower, chillers, steam and heating systems and associated automated control systems. Additional knowledge, skills or abilities: Power Plant steam. Under supervision, Incumbent is to use good judgement in solving technical problems arising in day to day operations. Knowledge of General Safety Service Act relating to Plant Operations and associated regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Operational experience with starting up new hospital. Experience with setting up a maintenance department including defining operational requirements, setting up procedures, and training of staff.
