Completion of an accredited Journeyperson Plumber Certificate from Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must have Alberta Red Seal Journeyman Plumber. Must have City of Calgary Cross Connection Control Testers Registration. Must be able to speak, write and understand English language. Minimum Grade 12 High School diploma or equivalent Must be able to respond throughout the facility by regular walking, climbing stairs, elevators. Be able work in colder/hot weather as required. Be physically fit, able to lift regularly 20kg, stand, kneel, crouch for long periods of time. Push/Pull move equipment up to 150kg. Keep good records of equipment and tasks. Work with external contractors, FM&E, or our Project Management Team. Material ordering, pricing and researching of quotes with AHS vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:Preferred to have a minimum of 3 years in a hospital or institutional setting. Preferred candidate with good computer skill set with experience in computer Maintenance Program Platforms/BMS/Word, emails.
