A minimum of three years' experience in strategic or operational planning, preferably within a health system or government environment. Demonstrated experience in supporting the planning process. Strategic and systems thinking, with the ability to translate complex ideas into practical action. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High degree of initiative, accountability, and attention to detail in managing complex planning deliverables. Comfort with ambiguity, change management, and iterative planning in a dynamic organizational environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Alberta’s health system and primary care transformation is a strong asset. Undergraduate degree in a health administration, public health or business administration or equivalent experience.
