Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor degree in a clinical role or community development function. Project Management experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered, along with a demonstrated, clear pattern of professional and personal development.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Awareness and understanding of the continuum of Addiction and Mental Health Services both locally and provincially. Healthcare or clinical/operational experience is preferred. Leadership in strategic, service or project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation. Experience leading or facilitating project teams (including diverse participants and senior leaders) through the continuum of a project plan. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the ability to write or present complex content into concise and easily understood reports, briefing notes, or summaries. Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Expertise in Change Management procedures and practices; preferably training using PROSCI methodology.


Preferred Qualifications:

A bachelors degree in a health or management related discipline. Project management certification is an asset. A minimum of five years progressively responsible experience in a planning, management, evaluation, quality improvement or clinical role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity is preferred.
