Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program or bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program and related experience. Active or eligible registration and practice permit with Physiotherapy Alberta College + Association.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Current BCLS-HCP certification is required. Proficiency in the use of various computer applications including basic word processing, email, internet, electronic charting is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated problem solving, planning and organization skills are required. Must be able to work both independently as well as part of a team while managing a busy caseload. Must demonstrate a strong patient/family centered approach to care.

Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with neurological patients and patients with complex rehabilitation needs is preferred. Experience working with eClinician scheduling and/or EMR is considered an asset. Training in the Health Change Methodology framework is considered an asset.
