Required Qualifications:

Completion of a CCAPP-accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) as a Pharmacy Technician.

Additional Required Qualifications:

2+ Years Regulated Pharmacy Technician with Alberta College of Pharmacists. Demonstrate proficiency in the following: communication (verbal and written), interpersonal abilities, organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in teams as required, computer skills, continual personal quality improvement and lifelong learning. Preferred Qualifications:

Local Site knowledge or experience is an asset. Prior hospital experience with a variety of responsibilities. Epic Computer Software: 1+ yr experience dispensing, and inventory management. Membership with a pharmacy professional organization. Preceptor for student placements.
