A health-related or policy-related degree is required or a combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience in a policy support role, preferably in pharmacy, healthcare and ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity is required. High-level skill in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Skype and SharePoint are necessary. Extensive knowledge of clinical areas, groups and professions, and change management processes are key, as are project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional relevant policy development and implementation education, training or certifications (i.e., Project Management, PROSCI, Process Improvement). An active practice permit with the regulatory College of a health profession in Alberta is preferred. Facilitation and/or coordination experience in project planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation.
