Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, technician diploma or equivalent in healthcare or related field. A minimum of 2 years in a management ideally of comparable size & complexity A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development


Additional Required Qualifications:

Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influencing skills, client-focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision-making responsibilities, coaching and mentoring and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Ability to manage human, financial and physical resources within an operating environment. Effective leadership abilities combined with a strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to foster a climate of cooperation amongst, and build solid relationships with public agencies, government, committees and other partners. Strong change management skills and the ability to influence positive change.


Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Proven ability to foster partnerships and to achieve organizational goals within an organization, ideally managing within a unionized sector. Strong record of accomplishment in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to plan, organize and manage short and long-term initiatives and projects and deliver customer-focused results.
