Required Qualifications:

A minimum of Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy, and eligible or registered with the Alberta College of Pharmacists. A minimum of 3-5 years in a hospital pharmacy role ideally in an organization of similar size, complexity, and diversity. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Progressive leadership experience in a hospital pharmacy environment, including 2 to 3 years’ experience in a management role in hospital pharmacy operations. Strong track record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to plan, organize and manage short and long term initiatives and projects and deliver customer-focused results.


Preferred Qualifications:

Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching, and mentoring and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Ability to manage human, financial and physical resources within an operating environment. Proven ability to foster partnerships and to achieve organizational goals within an organization and ideally managing within a unionized sector.
