Required Qualifications:

Completion of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Advanced training in Pharmacy with the completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or Post-baccalaureate Degree in Pharmacy and 2 years of provision of direct patient care in an environment demonstrating advanced practice OR 5 years of provision of direct patient care in an environment demonstrating advanced practice

Preferred Qualifications:

Registration on the Clinical Register of the Alberta College of Pharmacists Certificate of competency from the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada required Alberta Health and Wellness Practitioner Identification Number Required Additional Prescribing Authorization granted by the Alberta College of Pharmacists required or must be attained within one year of starting in the position
