Your Opportunity:

This position is part of the ICU clinical pharmacy team, which is comprised of 4 pharmacists. The ICU pharmacy team is fully integrated with the ICU health care team, actively contributing to patient care during full team rounding.

Description:

As a Pharmacist I, you will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical services. You will manage medication therapy for patients, both initially and on an ongoing basis. In addition, you will provide assessment, intervention and resolution of potential or actual drug-related problems and oversee activities related to compounding and packaging.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).

As Required.

Preferred Qualifications:

ICU experience is preferred.
