Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Additional Prescribing Authorization. Fluency in the English language (both written and verbal). Computer literacy in drug information and word processing. Demonstrated ability to use evidence-based medicine in direct patient care. Ongoing participation in self-directed learning and purposeful professional development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills. Capable of making decisions and working independently. Good time management skills, including ability to prioritize, switch priorities as needed, and multitask. Self-motivated; able to work both independently and cooperatively in a team environment. Experience working in Correctional Health.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent experience in a proactive clinical practice as a part of a multidisciplinary health care team. Previous infectious disease, HCV or HIV specialty experience. Previous experience with Connect Care.
