Description:
As a Pharmacist I, you will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical services. You will manage medication therapy for patients, both initially and on an ongoing basis. In addition, you will provide assessment, intervention and resolution of potential or actual drug-related problems and oversee activities related to compounding and packaging.

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Successful applicant must have a minimum of 1 year of recent direct oncology patient related experience, working in a front-line role. Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA) granted by ACP is required. Experience working in a multidisciplinary patient care team. Demonstrates the ability to use evidence-based medicine in direct patient care. Experience working with oncology specific computer order entry system.
Preferred Qualifications:Completion of recognized pharmacy residency program. Clinically deployed in an oncology specific tumor group or experience in clinical trials/special access related specific roles.
