Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Active Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA). Newly ACP-licensed pharmacists will have up to 1 year to achieve APA.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent (within last year) Inpatient Pharmacist Connect Care practical experience. Successful completion of an accredited hospital pharmacy residency program. Recent (at least 1 year in the last three years) integrated clinical pharmacist patient care experience within an Addiction and Mental Health Program.
