Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Authorized Chemotherapy Checker certification. Recent oncology experience. Demonstrates good time management including ability to switch priorities and multitask. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good organizational and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated; able to work both independently and cooperatively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Telehealth technology and/or Telehealth checking. Completion of a recognized pharmacy residency program or equivalent hospital experience preferred. Active membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP) or Canadian Association of Pharmacy in Oncology (CAPhO) is recommended. Recent experience on working groups, special projects, clinical trials, educator roles, and other committees preferred.
