Required Qualifications:

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Lived experience supporting a loved one who has an addiction and/or mental health concern outlined within your application. Ability to work well in a team and seek consultation, when necessary, must be demonstrated. Candidate must be able to tolerate regular twisting and reaching, repetitive hand movements, keyboarding and telephone handling. Strong communication skills including conflict management and resolution. Ability to ambulate, climb stairs, and move quickly without limitations in a variety of environments. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred post-secondary education in a related or relevant program such as social work, addiction certification or community support worker. A strong awareness of community resources and recovery model. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention. Previous experience in a peer support role is an asset.
