Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Recognized Peer Support Certification.
Additional Required Qualifications:Lived experience with Addictions and Mental Health illness required.
Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of community and/or Alberta Health Services Addiction and Mental Health resources, programs and services. Experience with Indigenous, LGBTQ2S+, mental health and substance-using populations is an asset. Knowledge of the justice/legal system and/or corrections is an asset. Warm and welcoming engagement style. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
