Required Qualifications:

Bachelor-level education with a strong quantitative and qualitative component in a related field, e.g., community health sciences, health economics, biomedical statistics, epidemiology, quality assurance, or several years of equivalent experience. Health care experience in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Experience related to working with spreadsheets, databases and tools for querying, integrating, analyzing, reporting and disseminating data. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to stakeholders at various levels of the organization with different backgrounds, skills and expertise. Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams. Intermediate to advanced skill in the use of Microsoft Office programs . Working knowledge of patient safety science and related concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the application of information technology, database design and information management. Oracle SQL or other comparable database query and report writing experience is an asset. Experience in cleaning, linking, creating, modifying and analysing datasets in a statistical or database-management software package. Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services and Tableau is an asset. Knowledge of medical terminology.
