Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. CRNA Membership, valid and in good standing. 2 to 4 years healthcare experience in a cardiac care setting.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Demonstrate excellence in leadership with the ability to influence/collaborate with others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Outstanding organizational skills. Excellence in interpersonal skills and relationship building. Exemplary skills in conflict resolution, change management, project management, problem solving and critical thinking. Must be able to cope with requirement to complete responsibilities in a fast-paced environment characterized by interruptions and situations demanding quick decisions. Ability to adjust work priorities to meet patient and staff requirements. Must be willing to work in a dynamic team atmosphere. Extensive knowledge of the cardiac sciences program. Requires administrative and computer skills in MS Office, Connect Care.
