Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Nutrition and/or Food Service Management. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Food Services management role. Note: A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.

Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership experience in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Experience in a hospital or long-term care setting. Completion of food sanitation and hygiene certification. Experience supervising in a unionized workforce. Experience leading projects and organizational initiatives. Experience with process improvement and change management methodologies (ie. Prosci, lean six sigma). Experience with: ESP, Connect Care, CBORD, Formula Calculator, Microsoft Teams.
