Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a food services management role, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Experience in a unionized environment. Proficiency with AHS computer applications e-People, Meditech, Oracle. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrate ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and be able to inspire and build confidence in others. Have the ability to schedule work, assign resources effectively and think critically in a multi-tasking fast-passed environment. A proven ability to foster partnerships and to achieve organizational goals. Must be an effective communicator encouraging active listening, providing clear instructions and inviting feedback. Ability to prioritize and to implement new approaches and process improvements using change management techniques.


Preferred Qualifications:

Post -secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Nutrition and Food Service Management desired.
