Health focused degree with a strong medical background and demonstrated experience to meet the requirements of the position. Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider (BCLS – HCP) required. Microbial Transplant experience and knowledge required. Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a health-related research field. Specific knowledge in clostridium difficile infection, antibiotic resistant gastrointestinal infections, and inflammatory bowel disease required. Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to function independently, and within a team in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Additional Required Qualifications:Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Professional manner with a focus on ensuring a very positive patient experience. Must be able to multi-task and problem solve. Intermediate computer skills required: MS Office, Connect Care, Netcare, research repositories. Completion of basic blood draw course or equivalent experience completing blood draws for research purposes only.
Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree preferred. Other related experience in facilitating groups, principles of adult education, preparing educational materials, conducting presentations, and managing change would be highly desirable assets.
