Required Qualifications:

BScN or a post-secondary degree in a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years Surgical Services experience required. Strong leadership skill is essential. This is combined with the ability to motivate and promote a positive environment that is open and supportive to change, innovation, and the organization of services. Experience and understanding of financial and human resource management required. Proven coaching and mentorships skills required as well as excellent conflict resolution and communication skills. Current registration with applicable professional College required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Outlook, Power Point, Word required as well as working knowledge of Excel. Understanding of the Zone structure is an asset. Experience with Project Management and Lean Leadership is an asset.
