Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of recent operational leadership experience in an acute care setting required. Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare environment in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Experience working within a multidisciplinary team. Registration with a health profession. Undergraduate degree in a clinical health care field.

You have demonstrated your commitment to continuous quality improvement and learning, and excel at human and fiscal resource management. Your successful record of achievement as a leader includes your demonstrated collaborative leadership skills as per the LEADS in a caring environment framework.
