A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required. Demonstrated success in a previous leadership role required. Healthcare experience and working knowledge of the health care system in a pediatric environment is required. Demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. In addition, the incumbent will possess a record of accomplishments in the following areas: Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Demonstrated ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Ability to plan, organize and manage short and long term plans and projects and delivers customer-focused results. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to foster a climate of cooperation and build solid relationships with public agencies, government, committees, and other partners. Demonstrated advocacy for Patient and Family Centered Care.
