Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma.

Additional Required Qualifications:

3-5 years' experience in health sciences, social sciences or related discipline. Experience in family support is essential. Experience in resource counseling. Experience and skills working with a wide range of service providers including other health providers and other child serving sectors including community-based agencies is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills. Excellent time management, priority setting skills and ability to work with little supervision. Excellence in teamwork. Understanding of knowledge of Family Supports for Children with disabilities and Aboriginal or First Nations Supports. Direct knowledge of ACH programs and other child services is an asset. Patient and Family Centered.
