Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education, including paralegal or administrative assistant diploma.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated self-started who illustrates independent problem solving. Ability to multitask while supporting multiple lawyers with competing priorities. Effective communication with strong organizational skills. Commitment to quality customer service and client-focused approach.


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as Administrative Assistant in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity is preferred. Previous experience in legal environment is preferred. Experience with SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint would be an asset.
