Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree in health services administration, business administration or related area. Candidates will have a minimum of seven years of relevant experience supporting senior leadership roles, including experience in leadership and management roles in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Ability to gain extensive knowledge of AHS strategic direction operating requirements, as well as the policies and procedures. Strong working knowledge and understanding of operations and key processes Strong working knowledge and understanding of external stakeholder groups and issues Demands independent critical thinking, option analysis, strong judgment and innovative problem solving as well as a self-directed approach to managing a dynamic high volume workload with many competing priorities. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and written skills are necessary. Computer literacy and competence are required; e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint. etc. Ability to prioritize, manage and meet deadlines in a time sensitive and multi project environment is essential. Commitment to customer satisfaction.

Additional Qualifications:

Ability to balance conflicting and competing priorities to ensure effective outcomes acceptable to the General Counsel, AHS and stakeholders. Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with sensitive issues, emotional circumstances and with individuals who are experiencing a crisis. Computer literacy and competence are required; e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint. etc. Ability to prioritize, manage and meet deadlines in a time sensitive and multi project environment is essential. Commitment to client satisfaction.
