A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Health or Business Administration, Leadership, Organizational Development or a related field. A minimum seven (7) years of recent experience applying change management to support projects or other strategic transformational initiatives. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
Recent experience working in a health care environment with experience in technology project based change management, strategic planning, and patient and community engagement. Change Management certification is an asset, specifically in Prosci®. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
