Completion of bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program. Registered with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).
Additional Required Qualifications:Basic Cardiac Life Support –Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) required. 3-5 years' experience working as an Occupational Therapist. Previous experience in Home Care or ambulatory care setting. Experience working with clients from birth to death.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with Palliative clients. Previous experience working with AADL. Assets include recent experience working with acute clients and/or long-term clients with a focus on chronic disease management. Intermediate level of computer skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong interpersonal skills. Current or previous experience in a Home Care or Community setting.
