Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program. Registered with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Current CPR (BLS Level C – Health Care Provider). NCI - Non-Violent Crisis Intervention. A driver's license. Cultural competence and a commitment to ongoing reconciliation. Flexibility, openness, and a desire to be a strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in a community mental health and/or rehabilitation setting preferred. Excellent communication and self management skills. Knowledge of Concurrent Capable practice. Knowledge of both Recovery Oriented Care and principles. Experience working with multiple stakeholders is an asset. Extensive knowledge of community vocational and education programs in the zone.
