Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Oracle, OBIEE, DAC, RPD, Webcat supporting customers using business and client consultations. Moderate knowledge of Financial, HR, CPSM, Payroll and Costing business processes. An advanced working knowledge of Corporate Analytics applications and experience in the development of technical designs and solution development with regards to business requirements, security, patching, environment coordination, within a Corporate Analytics environment. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Application Security, environment coordination, application patching. 1-2 years’ experience with APEX, BI Publisher. Must coordinate and work well within defined Release Management processes and with other business priorities. High level of communication skills in verbal and written form.


Additional Required Qualifications:

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will possess most of the following skills, experience and knowledge. An understanding of data and data relationships both within this application as well as from systems outside of the Oracle suite that could be used as integration points. Strategic Planning Release Management knowledge using demand management, leading others, guiding others in process and knowledge management practices. Looking ahead using business roadmaps to plan for the future. Following corporate Operational Plans to help coordinate IT direction with business direction. Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, management and associated best practices. A strong team player who puts team success before his or her own. The ability to actively build and maintain positive client relationships and the ability to work as a lead for the team to provide a positive environment and guidance for team members. The ability to research application / business problems and create solutions that help analyze these business problems. Ability to work with Oracle and Oracle-supplied tools and methodologies. Ability to produce documentation in the English language that is technically and grammatically correct, concise, clear, accurate and of an appropriate readability to the intended audience.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PeopleSoft, EBS, DRM and other applications is an asset. Knowledge of one of AIW, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean process development is an asset. Strong understanding and experience coordinating multiple environments to support a SDLC.
