Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program, with a minimum of a Master's degree. Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) on the Nurse Practitioner Registrar, including Provisional Graduate Nurse Practitioner licensure. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Masters of Nursing with Nurse Practitioner specialization. Active or eligible for registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Demonstrated leadership experience is essential. Current BCLS-HCP. New or expecting graduate NPs are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, including oncologists and other specialized multidisciplinary roles. Minimum 2 years' experience in oncology nursing (RN or NP). Ability to promote change process. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience with excellent patient and family centered care.
