Your Opportunity:

A strong emphasis is placed on quality improvement, standardization of care, and the development, implementation, and evaluation of best practice guidelines within the procedural and recovery environments. Reporting to the Patient Care Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, and CSHR, the NP works in close partnership with the Clinical Nurse Educator and Unit Managers to advance professional practice, support staff development, and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and excellence in care delivery. The NP also contributes to program development, system optimization, and interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring that care delivery aligns with organizational priorities, regulatory standards, and patient-centered outcomes across the cardiac procedural continuum.
