Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program and a minimum of master's degree. Registration with CRNA on the Nurse Practitioner Registrar including Provisional Graduate Nurse Practitioner licensure. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Three years of experience in a geriatric focused specialty program (e.g., specialized geriatrics, AGU, or equivalent). Three years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Proven leadership skills and experience in advocating for elder-friendly care and policies. Strong ability to provide expert advice and consultation to healthcare teams and leadership. Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Deep commitment to providing compassionate, patient and family-focused geriatric care. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications:Current CNA certification in Gerontology. Demonstrated pattern of professional development and continuous improvement in Geriatric Medicine.
