Successful completion of an approved NP program at a minimum of a Master of Nursing level. Registration with CRNA as a Nurse Practitioner for Family/All Ages or Adult Only populations, with authorization to prescribe controlled drugs and substances, including Sublocade. New NP grads are welcome to apply. We have mentorship available to new NP's. Educational opportunities in the areas of Addiction and Mental Health and STBBI available.
Additional Required Qualifications:
This position provides clinical leadership to a large team and requires sound clinical acumen. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrating effective time management, independent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; and an ability to foster positive relationships within a multidisciplinary team environment are all expectations of this role. Proven ability to work with community stakeholders required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and/or experience of addiction and/or mental health treatment modalities (e.g., motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy) is preferred.
