Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of current clinical experience with Alberta Health Services. Experience facilitating, instructing, and or teaching. Working knowledge of organizational/clinical workflows and practice. Demonstrated ability to learn new material and adapt to changes. Experience with health care technology and the ability to master new software programs. Proven leadership and problem solving abilities. Experience working successfully in both collaborative and independent work settings. Experience promoting change processes in a positive, effective manner. Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office tools including word, SharePoint and Visio. Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods with extended computer use.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience credentialing in Connect Care training tracks. Completion of Prosci change management training. Demonstrated ability to think systematically, improve quality, realize improved outcomes and engage others in same. Demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching, teaching and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Demonstrated experience in planning, communication, facilitation and coordination of multiple projects/operational work pack.
