Completion of diploma from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMT) program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic & Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT).
Additional Required Qualifications:Member in good standing and current registration/eligible for registration with the CAMRT. Registered license with the Health Disciplines Board of Alberta. BCLS certification. No previous experience outside of hospital affiliated training program is necessary. Good organizational skills and ability to assume responsibility. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to cooperate. Ability to work independently and promote good teamwork. A demonstrated interest in professional growth. Perception, initiative, good judgment and concern for detail and accuracy. Ability to demonstrate tact and courtesy in dealing with patients, staff and physicians. Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations.
