Completion of one of the following programs: master's degree in Psychology; master's degree in Social Work (clinical specialization) including education in mental health assessment and psychotherapy; master's degree in Occupational Therapy including training and experience in mental health assessment and provision of psychotherapy; master's degree in Nursing and Psychiatric Nursing including training and experience in mental health assessment and provision of psychotherapy; Active or eligible for registration with the applicable regulatory college.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years mental health experience in comprehensive mental health assessment and the provision of psychotherapy. Equivalent education and experience is defined as: Bachelor degree in Social Work with Psychosocial Intervention Authorization. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor of Science in Nursing with related Master’s degree including education in the assessment & provision of psychotherapy. Training in crisis intervention, assessment and case management skills. Current CPR certificate at the BLS Level C. Courses/training/certification relevant to the hiring area (e.g. Systems or Marriage and Family Therapy training for a Youth A&MH program).
Preferred Qualifications:Experience delivering care virtually and strong computer skills.
