Completion of diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Graduate of a recognized and accredited School of Medical Radiological Technology, or Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology, as applicable and/or successful completion of the CAMRT Certification examination. ACMDTT enhanced practice licensure as required. Venipuncture certification required. Central Venous Access Device (CVAD) certification as required. Experience and knowledge of Cross-sectional anatomy. Leadership or change management education and skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with technical, medical and administrative personnel. Coaching and mentoring skills to foster an environment of collaboration and effective teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:Five years’ work experience in Diagnostic Imaging preferred. Previous supervisory/management experience desired.
