Completion of a Diploma related to Photography and/or Audio/Visual Multimedia Production from an accredited post-secondary institution.
Additional Required Qualifications:Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing). Graphic Communications Certificate, or similar. Five or more years’ experience on a healthcare talent acquisition marketing team. At least ten years’ experience with photography and/or videography. Art/Illustration skill and experience. Facilitating virtual meetings, presentations, and curriculum-prep experience. Proficiency and experience with social media use for marketing purposes. Advanced skill using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Skill with video editing software, Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere. Technical skill with computers (Apple/Mac and PC). PowerPoint/Keynote proficiency. Experience and proficient skill with survey software JotForm. Experience and proficient skill with Microsoft SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience web design/programming. Strong organizational skills and experience.
