Required Qualifications:

Health Care Degree, Designation and/or Registration with an accredited program in Radiation Therapy in Canada. Current or eligible for ACMDTT registration. Must be in good standing with the CAMRT. Demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Experience in successful organizational change management, strategy, and leadership. Knowledge and demonstrated application of business planning, modeling concepts, program management. Demonstrated effective communication and strong organizational skills.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years in the delivery of Radiation Therapy Services (preferably in a large, academic centre). Demonstrated ability to communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholders. Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Commitment in building teams towards a common purpose. Proven ability to foster partnerships and to achieve organizational goals within a large, diverse organization. Knowledge and experience in the application of conflict resolution strategies. Patient and Family focused with a commitment to providing high quality services. Demonstrated ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Ability to continually analyze effectiveness of strategies and implement quality and process improvements. Demonstrates respect for culture and diversity. Able to demonstrate competence in the development of new programs and services to meet the needs of the population.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Health Administration or Leadership preferred.
