Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in health-related field required; Masters preferred. Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice or health related experience required. Previous management experience in a health-related field is required. Experience leading quality or process improvement initiatives and projects. Valid driver's license and a vehicle are required. Annual membership in good standing with an accredited professional association is required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience managing interdisciplinary care teams in a healthcare setting. Management experience with HSAA, UNA, AUPE Aux, and AUPE GSS Collective Agreements and a working knowledge of human resource strategies respective to each agreement. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Quality improvement and project management experience. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), ePeople/Recruitment Management System, and Environment for Scheduling Personnel (ESP) is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s in health-related field preferred. Experience in community care preferred. Knowledge of community resources is an asset. Connect Care knowledge/experience.
