Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, patient/family focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Ability to manage human, financial and physical resources within an operating environment. Effective leadership abilities combined with a strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals. Excellent analytical and decision making skills. Experience managing the Volunteer Sector.
Additional Required Qualifications:Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with the decision making responsibilities, coaching, mentoring and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Demonstrated ability to manage change. Proven ability to foster partnerships and to achieve organizational goals; ideally managing within a unionized sector.
Preferred Qualifications:Strong track record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In partnership with the Director ability to manage the GRH foundations members and their program and service expectations. Experience in grant writing and managing grants. Ability to foster a climate of cooperation amongst, and build solid relationships with public agencies, government, committees and other partners.
