Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree. Minimum of 3 years within the last 5 years of progressive leadership within healthcare/clinical care. Demonstrated leadership experience and development in areas such as decision making, coaching, conflict management, performance management, change management, and quality improvement.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in a healthcare organization of significant size and complexity. Previous experience with stakeholder engagement, consultation, and facilitation. Previous experience working with internal and external stakeholders locally, zonally, and provincially. Demonstrated completion of leadership development courses within the last 3 years.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master level preparation in Nursing, Leadership and/or Administration, or equivalent – In progress, or complete. Experience in leading/supporting quality improvement projects. Quality Improvement certification (i.e., AHS AIW Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent). Change Management certification (i.e., AHS PROSCI or equivalent).
